I wasn't getting too confident with the lighting in the flowers.So I thought I'd try a painting from reference.I tried to refer to something that was more saturated since I'm shying away from colors. I'll try another one without ref and a different lighting scenario.
yeah you seem to be able to see colors in references now. Now it's important that you really figure out the "whys"See how saturated the highlights are? Good job on this.
